715 Health Checks

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of all ages can access a free 715 Health Check at Katungul. This annual health check is a vital way to stay strong, prevent illness and manage any chronic conditions early.

At your appointment, one of our friendly health professionals will sit down with you to discuss your health, family history and anything that might be worrying you. We’ll do a full health assessment and work together on a plan to keep you healthy.

The 715 check takes less than an hour and could make a big difference. If you’re already living with a chronic condition, we’ll make sure you’re on the right treatment and support path. And if you need extra help, we can refer you to up to 10 free follow-up services, like:

  • a specialist or another health service
  • a counsellor
  • a service that works to prevent chronic conditions

Receive a free $50 Gift Card with every 715 health check. Book your appointment by calling 1800 804 201.
