The Katungul Community Health sector has a triage process for incoming referrals. This process can take up to three days to ensure that the client will be accessing appropriate program(s), and to ensure that a suitable case worker is allocated to the client. During this time, the client may be contacted directly to confirm ongoing engagement with Katungul and to schedule an intake appointment. Katungul Aboriginal Corporation Regional Health and Community Services provides holistic health care, and it is at the discretion of the client whether they access the recommended and/or referred services. The client has the right to withdraw their consent at any time while accessing Katungul Aboriginal Corporation Regional Health and Community Services.
