Smarter Screening

The ITC team recently travelled to Macquarie University in Sydney to receive training on new otitis media screening software called ENT Statistics. The program was developed by INNOFORCE in collaboration with Macquarie University, with support from Katungul.

The software will integrate with the new otitis media screening equipment, making the screening process more efficient and streamlined. Following each assessment, the program automatically generates a comprehensive report that can be uploaded directly into Best Practice. These reports include otoscopy images, audiograms and tympanometry results, providing doctors and clinical staff with detailed information rather than relying solely on written results.

This enhanced system will improve efficiency, support better clinical decision-making and represent a significant step forward for Katungul’s otitis media program.
